1. ELIGIBILITY

This giveaway is open to individuals who:

  • Are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
  • Follow M&A Law Firm, P.C. on at least one of our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or any other applicable platform).
  • Are legally permitted to receive and own the prize in their jurisdiction.

Employees, agents, or affiliates of M&A Law Firm, P.C. and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. HOW TO ENTER

To participate, simply follow us on social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or any other platform where we announce this giveaway).

  • No purchase necessary.
  • Engaging with our content (liking, commenting, sharing, etc.) increases visibility and may enhance chances of winning.
  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible followers as of December 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST.

3. PRIZE DETAILS

  • The winner will receive one (1) Rolex watch (specific model determined by M&A Law Firm, P.C.).
  • Prize is non-transferable, and no cash or alternative prize will be offered.
  • If the prize is not claimed within 24 hours of contact, another winner will be selected. This process will continue for up to four (4) alternate winners.
  • If no winner claims the prize, the firm reserves the right to roll over the prize into the 2026 giveaway or sell the watch and apply its equivalent value toward a better watch for the 2026 drawing, scheduled for December 31, 2026.

4. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

  • The winner will be chosen randomly from all eligible followers.
  • The winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform they followed us on.
  • If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, a new winner will be selected, up to four (4) total alternate winners.
  • Failure to respond within the allotted time will result in forfeiture of the prize.

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Compliance: The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Release of Liability: By entering, participants agree to release M&A Law Firm, P.C. from any claims related to participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.
  • Modification or Cancellation: M&A Law Firm, P.C. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical issues, or legal restrictions.
  • Taxes & Fees: Any applicable taxes or fees associated with winning the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. PRIVACY NOTICE

By entering, participants acknowledge that their social media handles and/or names may be used for promotional purposes related to this giveaway. M&A Law Firm, P.C. will not sell or distribute participant information for any unrelated purposes.

7. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By participating in this giveaway, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to these terms and conditions and to M&A Law Firm, P.C.’s decisions, which are final and binding.
