Kina Robinson is a Senior-Level Paralegal at M&A Law Firm, P.C., where she manages the full lifecycle of legal matters across the firm’s practice areas, from initial intake through final resolution. With nearly two decades of experience in the legal profession, she brings extensive expertise in litigation, municipal law, case management, and high-volume legal operations.
Prior to joining M&A, Ms. Robinson served the City of Evanston as Senior Litigation Paralegal, FOIA Officer, and Liquor Licensing Manager. In those roles, she became a trusted cross-departmental resource, providing litigation support, discovery management, records compliance guidance, and procedural expertise to the Police Department, Fire Department, Public Works, City Clerk’s Office, Law Department, and other municipal teams. She also played a significant role in the documentation and coordination efforts supporting Evanston’s Historic Municipal Reparations Initiative, recognized as the nation’s first municipal reparations program.
Throughout her career, Ms. Robinson has worked with a diverse range of respected organizations, including Allstate Insurance Company, Wilson Elser, and the City of Chicago Law Department, where she supported matters involving the Chicago Police Department. These experiences have provided her with deep knowledge of complex litigation, large-scale discovery, regulatory compliance, and the management of sensitive, high-profile legal matters.
In addition to her in-house and law firm experience, Ms. Robinson founded North Key Legal Services, through which she has provided freelance paralegal support under the supervision of licensed attorneys in bankruptcy, real estate, and family law matters. Her entrepreneurial experience further reflects her commitment to delivering efficient, client-focused legal support across a variety of practice areas.
Ms. Robinson holds an Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies from Northwestern College and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University. She is widely recognized for her meticulous case management, strong communication skills, and ability to keep complex legal matters organized and moving forward from inception to resolution.
