Valerie is a Chicagoland native, earning her degree from Northern Illinois University, where she studied Business Management, Financial Sales Strategy, and Professional Sales. During her time at NIU, she served as the Public Relations Officer for Delta Sigma Pi, a professional business fraternity, developing strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills that continue to benefit clients today.
Drawing on her background in business and client relations, Valerie works closely with prospective clients to understand their concerns, gather important information, and connect them with the legal resources they need. She understands that contacting a law firm is often a significant step during a stressful time and strives to make the process as comfortable and straightforward as possible.
As the mother of a teenage boy, Valerie brings patience, empathy, and a practical perspective to her work. She enjoys being a spectator at her son’s sporting events, especially football! She can be found grilling, cooking, walking around the neighborhood, or attending events supporting the community she lives in.
