Colleen is the Intake Coordinator at M&A, which means she is oftentimes the first person clients speak to at M&A. Colleen is a lifelong resident of the northwest suburbs of Chicago and she loves that her role gives her the chance to make the legal process less daunting for members of her community.
Colleen has a BS in Political Science from the University of Iowa and she has experience working in several different fields, including education, politics, and mental healthcare. She has a passion for helping people, providing creative solutions to people’s issues or just providing an empathetic ear.
When she’s not (wo)manning the phones at M&A, Colleen is a busy parent to two teenage boys. Most of her hobbies are her kids’ hobbies so Colleen has a keen interest in high school football, wrestling and lacrosse! In fact, Colleen is on the board of directors for the Palatine Panthers youth football league.
Colleen also has a beloved rescue pup named Ruthie (yes, after the late Supreme Court Justice, of course!) that keeps her active and amused. In quieter moments, Colleen can be found gardening outdoors and obsessing over the cool birds at her birdfeeder. She is trying to make friends with some crows, but it’s harder than it looks!
